Is Caffeine a performance enhancing drug?

  While having a cup or two of coffee before performing in a professional sporting event is not a rules violation. It could be in the future. With all of the health news and effects of Caffeine on a person's health and physical performance appearing in the news. Caffeine could soon join the long list of forbidden chemicals that a professional athlete can have in their system.
   Recent tests have rendered results of a reduction of 2 strokes off of your golf game. Just have a couple cups of coffee before the round.
 Test results on bowling and Frisbee golf are not in as of this posting.
