Iced espresso recipe

  • Servings: 6
  • Prep Time: 20 minutes, chill 3 hours

  • Ingredients:
       
    ½ cupGround Espresso Coffee or French Roast Coffee
    1 tspFinely Shredded Orange Peel
    4 cupsWater
    1½ cupsSkim Milk
    3 TbspSugar
    Ice Cubes
    Orange Peel Strips, optional
    1 tspGrated Semi-sweet Chocolate, optional


    Directions:

    Prepare coffee with shredded orange peel and water, in a drip coffee maker or percolator, according to manufacturer's directions. Pour coffee into a heatproof pitcher and stir in sugar and milk. Chill at least 3 hours or until serving time. To serve, fill 6 glasses with ice cubes and pour coffee mixture over ice. Garnish with orange peel strips and grated chocolate, if desired.
