Cappuccino Frost

  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons Folgers Classic Roast® Instant Coffee Crystals
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk, chilled
  • 3 cups ice cubes
  • Whipped cream


  1. COMBINE water, coffee crystals and sweetened condensed milk in blender until crystals are dissolved. Add ice cubes. Cover and blend until smooth and frothy.
  2. POUR into tall glasses. Top with whipped cream, if desired.

VARIATIONS                                          Brazilian-coffee-recipe

  1. ALMOND CAPPUCCINO FROST: ADD 1/4 teaspoon almond extract.
  2. VANILLA CAPPUCCINO FROST: ADD 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  3. MINTY CAPPUCCINO FROST: ADD 1/4 teaspoon mint extract..
